My Philosophy

The challenge is putting it into practice.

Lifestyle Medicine is built on decades of research. We already know that nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, social connection and avoiding harmful substances have a profound impact on long-term health.

Yet knowing rarely leads to lasting change. Real life is busy — work, family, travel, stress and unexpected events get in the way.

My role is to help bridge that gap. Not by giving you more information — by helping you implement what science already knows works, in a way that fits your life and can be sustained over time.

My work complements your medical care. It does not replace your physician or medical treatment. Instead, it helps you successfully implement the lifestyle changes that medical recommendations often depend on.
The Lifestyle Medicine Process

The recommendations are personalised. The process is systematic.

Investment ranges from €1,060 to €1,790 depending on programme length and scope (Assessment: €235). A limited founding-client rate is currently available. Exact pricing is confirmed on your Discovery Call.

Why I Do This

Thirty years spent understanding complex systems — human behaviour is one of them.

As an engineer, researcher, university professor and executive, my work has always been about solving difficult problems by looking beyond individual parts and understanding how the whole system works.

Over time I realised that lasting health follows the same principles. Human behaviour is a system. Small changes create meaningful outcomes. Sustainable results come from observation, feedback, adaptation and consistency — not from willpower alone.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you build a practical system that allows healthy choices to become part of your everyday life — combining Lifestyle Medicine, behavioural science and evidence-based coaching, one realistic step at a time.
